Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus and BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia exchanged courtesy greetings on Friday on the sidelines of an Armed Forces Day event at the Dhaka Cantonment.

During the brief interaction, the Chief Adviser inquired about the current health condition of the former prime minister and wished her a speedy recovery.

Khaleda Zia thanked the Chief Adviser for his concern and asked about the health of his wife, Afrozi Yunus, conveying her good wishes in return.

Khaleda’s younger daughter-in-law, Syeda Sharmila Rahman, was present during the exchange.
