Bangladesh’s National Security Adviser Dr Khalequl Rahman held a bilateral meeting with his Indian counterpart Ajit Doval in New Delhi on Wednesday.
The discussion took place at 11am, focusing on the activities of the Colombo Security Conclave (CSC) and other key bilateral issues.
During the meeting, Dr Rahman invited Ajit Doval to visit Bangladesh at a mutually convenient time.
This marks the second visit to New Delhi by any adviser since the interim government, led by Prof Muhammad Yunus, assumed office last August. Earlier in February, Energy Adviser Muhammad Faozul Kabir Khan visited India to attend the India Energy Week.
