Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra and her husband, Raghav Chadha, have joyfully announced the arrival of their first child, a baby boy, on Sunday, just ahead of the actress’s 37th birthday.

Raghav Chadha shared the happy news on social media, expressing the couple’s excitement. “Arms full, our hearts are fuller,” he captioned the post, reflecting the joy surrounding the new addition to their family.

Parineeti, who had been mostly staying in Delhi during her pregnancy, was admitted to the hospital on Sunday for delivery.

The couple had officially confirmed the pregnancy in August, posting together on Instagram: “Our little universe … on its way. Blessed beyond measure.” The post featured a white and gold cake with the equation 1 + 1 = 3 and tiny baby footprints, alongside a video of the couple walking hand-in-hand in a park.

The couple’s love story became public in May 2023 when they announced their engagement at Kapurthala House in New Delhi. They tied the knot in September 2023 at The Leela Palace in Udaipur, Rajasthan, in a private ceremony attended by close family, friends, and dignitaries from both entertainment and political spheres.

Before taking a break for her pregnancy, Parineeti was last seen in the biopic Amar Singh Chamkila, co-starring Diljit Dosanjh. The film, which portrays the life of the late Punjabi singer and his wife Amarjot Kaur, also features Apinderdeep Singh, Anjum Batra, Nisha Bano, and several other actors in pivotal roles.
