United Commercial Bank (UCB) has announced that its online banking and ATM services will remain suspended temporarily this week due to scheduled system maintenance aimed at improving service quality.

According to a UCB notification, the maintenance will be carried out in two phases—on September 12 from 2:00am to 7:50am and on September 13 from 12:00 midnight to 6:00am.

During the first phase (Sept 12), customers will not be able to use U-Net internet banking and debit card services. In the second phase (Sept 13), ADC services including ATM, CRM, STM, e-Click, as well as agent banking and remittance services will remain unavailable.

UCB apologized for the temporary inconvenience and assured customers that the upgrade is being undertaken to ensure smoother, more reliable, and uninterrupted services in the future.
