Tarique Rahman to Return Home ‘Any Time’: Khosru

BNP Standing Committee member Amir Khosru Mahmud Chowdhury has said the party’s acting chairman Tarique Rahman is preparing to return to Bangladesh “at any time”.Speaking at a press conference on contemporary issues at a hotel in Banani on Saturday, Khosru said all necessary preparations were being made for Rahman’s return.“Tarique Rahman will return very soon. Everything is being arranged,” he said.The BNP leader also asserted that Rahman would lead the party in the upcoming 13th national parliamentary election.“He may return at any moment. Those who spread rumours that he will not come back will continue to do so,” Khosru added.
