BSEC approves Nuzhat Anwar as new DSE Managing DirectorThe Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) on Thursday approved the appointment of Nuzhat Anwar as the new Managing Director of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE).DSE confirmed the approval in an evening press release.“We are pleased to receive the approval of BSEC for appointment of Nuzhat as the new Managing Director,” said DSE Board Chairman Mominul Islam. “After a rigorous process over the last year, we are confident that Nuzhat—with her strong leadership, extensive experience at home and abroad, and passion for capital market transformation—is the right leader for DSE.
