The four-day REHAB Fair 2025, organised by the Real Estate and Housing Association of Bangladesh (REHAB), will begin on December 24 and conclude on December 27.
REHAB President Md Wahiduzzaman announced the fair schedule on Monday morning at the CIRDAP Auditorium.
The fair will be inaugurated at 11am on December 24 at the Bangladesh-China Friendship Conference Centre in Agargaon, Dhaka. It will remain open to visitors every day from 10am to 9pm.
Md Wahiduzzaman said a total of 220 stalls will be set up at the fair, allowing prospective apartment buyers to directly discuss purchase options with real estate developers.
REHAB has been organising housing fairs in Dhaka since 2001, making this the association’s 27th fair in the capital. In addition, 16 REHAB fairs have been held in Chattogram, he added.
For expatriate Bangladeshis, REHAB has so far organised 12 fairs in the United States, two in the United Arab Emirates, and one each in Italy, Canada, Australia and Qatar.
“Through organising such fairs, REHAB continues its efforts to expand the housing market both at home and abroad. The construction sector contributes around 15 percent to the country’s economy, and this contribution is expected to grow further with the regular organisation of fairs,” Wahiduzzaman said.
As in previous years, two types of entry tickets will be available at the fair. Single-entry tickets will cost Tk 50, while multiple-entry tickets will be priced at Tk 100. A multiple-entry ticket will allow a visitor to enter the fair up to five times in a single day.
REHAB also said that the proceeds from ticket sales will be spent on assisting the underprivileged under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme.
